Exhibition Venue Rental Rules
〉Rental space:
Front exhibition space + rear exhibition space
＊The lease cannot be split.
＊Office is not included.
〉Opening hours:
11:00-19:00 (available for 8 hours per day).
Exhibition setup and dismantling hours: 11:00-19:00.
＊The museum provides exhibition setup, dismantling and exhibition attendant services, which are charged separately.
〉Venue rental fee:
1 day: NT$ 11,800
2 days: NT$21,000
3 days: NT$28,000
4 days: NT$35,500
5 days: NT$41,000
6-13 days: NT$11,800 x number of days x 35% discount
14 days or more: NT$11,800 x number of days x 40% off
＊Invoice will be issued on the day of rental.
〉Deposit and security deposit:
After confirming the date of use and signing the contract, please pay a deposit of NT$5,500 and a 50% venue deposit within three days. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event. Payment can be made in cash, deferred check or remittance.
After the space rental day ends, once the venue is restored to its original condition, the deposit will be returned in full without interest.
〉Equipment provided:
Network, projector, microphone, air conditioning, water, electricity, lighting, folding chairs, water dispenser and basic exhibition tools.
The small warehouse at the rear can be used for storage.
The toilet is located at the back of the 1st floor.
＊No telephone, computer or stereo is provided.
Classroom and lecture venue rental rules
〉Rental space and venue fees:
(I) Space ahead
Rental NTD5,000/4hr + cleaning fee 100 NTD/per person
Overtime: One hour is the base time, and any time less than one hour will be rounded up to one hour.
(2) Rear space
Rental NTD2,500/4hr + cleaning fee 100/person
Overtime: One hour is the base time, and any time less than one hour will be rounded up to one hour.
＊Invoice will be issued on the day of rental.
＊ Classrooms and lecture halls are only available for rental during the exhibition period, and the walls cannot be changed.
〉Available time:
14:00 ─ 18:00
